Adopt and Commission TOS
ADOPT TOSCan:
- Do whatever you want with it. Once you pay, it's yours and idc what you do (so long as it's within my tos)
- Resell for what it's worth , trade it , gift it
- Put the character on priv ONLY if you auth me on Toyhouse. I like to keep track of my designs
- Co-owning or sharing my designs is fine but keep me out of drama regarding it
- Change the design as much as you want so long as you credit me as the original designerCan't:
- Resell for more than it's worth
- Create AI or NFT content of the character. This includes chat bots, images, generated stories, ect.
- Priv the character on Toyhouse without authorizing me
- Claim you made the design / post the original art without credit
- Give to black listed users
Commission TOSI Will Draw:
- Any species, gender, bodysize, etc.
- Anthros, ferals, ponies, monsters, any other nonhuman
- SFW babyfur, agere, petre, etc.
- Any ships I am comfortable with (OC x OC, Canon x OC, Ask)
- Fanart only if an OC is included in the art
18 + :
- NSFW including porn, gore, weapons, artistic nudity etc.
- Most kinks (ask)
- Fantasy or human genitalsI Won't Draw:
- Humans, dragons, birds, bats (sorry TwT)
- Very buff / muscley characters
- Fanart without an OC involved
- Gifted art without permission from the person you are gifting to
- OC x OC without both owners permission

- I have the right to decline your commission request or adopt offer without stating a reason. I don't do this often but I can if I please
- You can ask me to make revisions to the art you purchased at any time so long as it is simple and not completley redone
- I own full rights to my art. By purchasing from me, you allow me to post the art on my pages unless you ask me not to
- Misusing my art / breakig my TOS will lead to being publicly blacklisted
- Putting my art into AI is STRICTLY PROHIBITED!! (This includes chat bots, generated images, generated videos, etc.)Payment:
- My prices are all in USD (I am not from USA but I'm using USD for easier/more simple pricing)
- Payment is via PayPal or Kofi
- Other payment I accept are Nitro, Steam gifts, gift cards, OC trades / vouchers, art, in game currencies or items. You can only pay these ways if you ask first and we discuss beforehand.
- Holds are only for payments above $15 and can only last 2 weeks. Failure to pay in that time leads to the adopt being put back up for sale or your commission being incomplete
- When purchasing commissions, full payment is after I send a sketch. You cannot receive the finished art if you have not paid after the sketch is sent.
- I do not take payment plansFailure to follow my TOS leads to being publicly blacklisted
